What do you accept for payment? TOP
Currently Paypal is the payment method preferred. If you do not have an account, please contact us using the contact page and other arrangements may be made.
*Please note that Paypal is the quickest way for you to remit your payment and receive your products. Although you may pay with a check using Paypal, it will still have to clear before your order is shipped.
Are international orders also free? TOP
Yes, it is still free. However, please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are *NOT* inlcuded in the item price
or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your customs office to determine what these additional
costs might be prior to purchase.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company -
do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark
merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and
International government regulations prohibit such behavior. What is your return policy? TOP
If for any reason you are unsatisfied you may send your unused product back for a full refund minus shipping costs. In the rare event that this happens, please contact me first.
How long does it take to receive my package? TOP
Products are shipped using the United States Postal Service first class mail. Within the USA shipments are generally received within 5-7 business days. Outside the USA, allow at least 7-12 business days.
Can I see my baby when I'm nursing? TOP
You certainly can! That's the whole idea. You can see what you are doing and have calming eye contact with your little treasure.
This is a gift for someone, do you gift wrap? TOP
Yes, all covers are neatly wrapped in tissue paper and finished off with a ribbon and a business card. If you let us know that this is a gift we can also attach a tag that has the name of the recipient, the giver, and we can add a short note if desired.
Can I wash my cover in the washing machine? TOP
Yes, you can. We suggest you wash it much like you would a bra. Delicate machine wash, and tumble dry low.
